Indication: Irinotecan GP-Pharm is a topoisomerase I inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer:

- as monotherapy for patients who have failed an established treatment regimen that contains 5-fluorouracil.

Composition: Pemetrexed 500mg
Indication: Pemetrexed Accord is a medicine used in the treatment of cancer.
Pemetrexed Accord is given in combination with cisplatin, another anti-cancer medicine, as treatment for malignant pleural mesothelioma, a form of cancer that affects the lining of the lung, to patients who have not received prior chemotherapy.
Pemetrexed Accord is also given in combination with cisplatin for the initial treatment of patients with advanced stage of lung cancer.
Pemetrexed Accord can be prescribed to you if you have lung cancer at an advanced stage if your disease has responded to treatment or it remains largely unchanged after initial chemotherapy.
Pemetrexed Accord is also a treatment for patients with advanced stage of lung cancer whose disease has progressed after other initial chemotherapy has been used.

Composition: Zoledronic acid 4mg/5ml
Indication: It is used to prevent bone complications, e.g. fractures, in adult patients with bone metastases (spread of cancer from the primary cancer site to the bone).
Used to reduce the amount of calcium in the blood in adult patients where it is too high due to the presence of a tumor. Tumors can accelerate normal bone change in such a way that the release of calcium from bone is increased. This condition is known as tumor-induced hypercalcemia (TIH). Used to treat post-menopausal women and men with osteoporosis or osteoporosis caused by treatment with steroids. Used to treat Paget’s disease of the bone.

Composition: Zoledronic Acid 4mg/5ml
Indication: Zoledronic Acid belongs to a group of substances called bisphosphonates. It works by attaching itself to the bone and slowing down the rate of bone change. It is used:
- To prevent bone complications, e.g. fractures, in adult patients with bone metastases (spread of cancer from primary site to the bone).
