Indication: Antineoplastic, protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
Imatinib is indicated for newly diagnosed chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) patients and in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
Composition: Irinotecan HCl trihydrate 100mg/5ml
Indication: Irinotecan GP-Pharm is a topoisomerase I inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer:
- in combination with 5-fluorouracil and folinic acid in patients without prior chemotherapy for advanced disease.
- as monotherapy for patients who have failed an established treatment regimen that contains 5-fluorouracil.

Indication: Cladribine is an antineoplastic agent used to treat rare forms of leukemia or lymphoma.
Composition: Ondansetron 8mg
Indication: Ondansetron is indicated for the control of nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Likewise, it is indicated for the prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
Composition: Oxaliplatin 100mg Indication: - Oxaliplatin in combination with 5 fluorouracil is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of stage Ill colon cancer after complete resection of the primary tumor. - Treatment of metastatic rectal colon cancer.
Composition: Oxaliplatin 50mg Indication: Adjuvant treatment of stage III colon cancer (Duke stage C) after complete resection of the primary tumor. Treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
Composition: Pemetrexed 500mg
Indication: Pemetrexed Accord is a medicine used in the treatment of cancer.
Pemetrexed Accord is given in combination with cisplatin, another anti-cancer medicine, as treatment for malignant pleural mesothelioma, a form of cancer that affects the lining of the lung, to patients who have not received prior chemotherapy.
Pemetrexed Accord is also given in combination with cisplatin for the initial treatment of patients with advanced stage of lung cancer.
Pemetrexed Accord can be prescribed to you if you have lung cancer at an advanced stage if your disease has responded to treatment or it remains largely unchanged after initial chemotherapy.
Pemetrexed Accord is also a treatment for patients with advanced stage of lung cancer whose disease has progressed after other initial chemotherapy has been used.
Composition: Pemetrexed 500mg Indication: Pemetrexed in combination with Cisplatin is indicated for the treatment of patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma whose disease is unresectable or who have not received chemotherapy previously. Pemetrexed is indicated in combination with Cisplatin therapy for the initial treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer, except those with predominantly squamous cell histology. Pemetrexed is indicated for the maintenance treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer whose disease has not progressed after four cycles of platinum - based first-line chemotherapy. Pemetrexed is indicated as a single-agent for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer after prior chemotherapy.

Indication: Temozolomide is an anti-cancer medicine used to treat specific forms of brain tumors: Adults with newly diagnosed specific form of brain tumor (glioblastoma multiforme). Temozolomide is first used together with radiotherapy (concomitant phase of treatment) and after that alone (monotherapy phase of treatment). Children 3 years and older and adult patients with specific forms of brain tumor (e.g. glioblastoma multiforme or anaplastic. astrocytoma) that has returned or where the cancer has spread after standard therapy.

Indication: Centrally acting analgesic (pain killer) belonging to the opioid group. it achieves its pain relieving effect by acting on specific nerve cells of the spinal cord and brain. Used for the treatment of moderate to severe pain.
Composition: Zoledronic acid 4mg/5ml Indication: It is used to prevent bone complications, e.g. fractures, in adult patients with bone metastases (spread of cancer from the primary cancer site to the bone). Used to reduce the amount of calcium in the blood in adult patients where it is too high due to the presence of a tumor. Tumors can accelerate normal bone change in such a way that the release of calcium from bone is increased. This condition is known as tumor-induced hypercalcemia (TIH). Used to treat post-menopausal women and men with osteoporosis or osteoporosis caused by treatment with steroids. Used to treat Paget’s disease of the bone.
Composition: Zoledronic Acid 4mg/5ml
Indication: Zoledronic Acid belongs to a group of substances called bisphosphonates. It works by attaching itself to the bone and slowing down the rate of bone change. It is used:
- To prevent bone complications, e.g. fractures, in adult patients with bone metastases (spread of cancer from primary site to the bone).
- To reduce the amount of calcium in the blood in adult patients where it is too high due to the presence of a tumour. Tumours can accelerate normal bone change in such a way that the release of calcium from bone is increased. This condition is known as tumour-induced hypercalcaemia (TIH).
