Composition: Finasteride 5mg
Indication: Finasteride is used in the treatment and control of benign (i.e., non-cancerous) enlargement of the prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia - BPH). Finasteride causes shrinkage of the enlarged prostate, improves urinary flow and symptoms caused by BPH, and reduces the risk of developing a sudden inability to pass urine (acute urinary retention) and the need for surgery.
Composition: Desmopressin 360 mcg/ml Indication: Central diabetes insipidus, a disease characterized by causing extreme thirst and continuous production of large volumes of dilute urine as a result of an insufficient production of the hormone vasopressin. Bed-wetting (involuntary nightly urination or primary nocturnal enuresis) in patients older than 5 years with normal capacity of concentrate urine. Nocturia (frequent urination during the night) in adults. Please read section 2 carefully for important information on the safe use of Desmopressin in this case.
